甜酸骨 Sweet and Sour Pork


材料

肉排 半斤

青椒、紅椒、黃椒 各半隻
菠蘿 80克
洋蔥 半個

醃料


鹽 半茶匙
糖 1/4茶匙
蠔油 1茶匙
生粉 1 1/2湯匙
燒酒 1/4茶匙
麻油 半茶匙

雞粉 半茶匙

蛋黃 1個

調味料

生抽 3湯匙

糖膠 1茶匙
茄汁 3湯匙
糖 2 1/2湯匙

鎮江醋 1 1/2湯匙

製作過程

1. 醃肉排20分鐘,青椒、紅椒、黃椒、洋蔥及菠蘿切細粒。

2. 肉排上粉炸熟至金黃,盛起待用。

3. 炒青椒、紅椒及黃椒,加入調味料兜勻,再加入肉排兜勻即成。

Pork Steak 300g
Green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper half each
Pineapple 80g
Onion half

Marinade :

Half teaspoon salt
Sugar 1 / 4 teaspoon
1 tsp oyster sauce
Cornstarch 1 1 / 2 tablespoon
Shochu 1 / 4 teaspoon
Half teaspoon sesame oil
Half teaspoon chicken powder
1 egg yolk

Seasoning:

3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar gum
3 tablespoons ketchup
Sugar 2 1 / 2 tablespoon
Zhenjiang vinegar 1 1 / 2 tablespoon

Recipe:

1. Marinade Pork Steak of 20 minutes, green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion and pineapple cut into small cube.

2. Flour the Steak on and fry to golden, and stand-by.

3. Fried green pepper, red pepper and yellow pepper, seasonings evenly, then add steak stir it for a while.
